What an experience I've had since I've seen dr. Norman at this practice. I really wanted to trust in going to warren dental center however when I first scheduled my appointment to go here it was quite difficult in the beginning with the initial issues of phone number/location being tied to the location that was closed down to the possible unethical behavior of paying for an additional examination after being told information that the dentist I've seen was on vacation and that I would have to wait to the upcoming week to speak to about a referral. Based upon recent experience I would suggest being cautious when dealing with this practice due to that unfortunate event otherwise I can say from my previous experience Dr. Norman was kind and courteous of time. On November 25, 2024, I took my mother to Warren Dental to have her partial replaced. Initially, Dr. Rob attempted an adjustment, but unfortunately, it made her partial more uncomfortable. My mother voiced her concerns, and though Dr. Rob made additional attempts to fix it, he became increasingly frustrated when he couldn't restore it to its original state. After several unsuccessful tries, he told us that he couldn't adjust it back and that she would have to live with the discomfort until she received her new partial. This was deeply disappointing, as my mother left in worse condition than when she arrived. My first visit with Warren Dental Center was great. I felt I was with experts. They gave detailed information. I went to another dentist before them and they caused me great pain and did not give me a complete exam to find out what the problem was. I was comfortable. I would recommend them. I felt that they really cared. It pays to get a second opinion.

My appointment was changed from 9 AM to 8 AM Because my hygienist was sick. I was delayed due to not realizing my windshield was icy so I had to clean it before I took off to go to the dentist and that delayed me. I always Arrive at my appointments on time but this is the first time that I was running late by 13 minutes. I didn't realize they had a 10 minute window and I was already almost there a few minutes away and they said that the hygienist would not see me. So I had to turn around and go back home. So if they had a window of 10 minutes I just went over by 3 minutes they wouldn't see me. and now they changed my appointment to a couple of months away. I am not happy at all.

Warren dental is the best dentist I've ever been to. They care about your comfort and give you options for treatment. I had a tooth removed and was surprised when they used gel instead of stitches! The nurses have great attitudes and so do the receptionists. Lord willing I'll be coming here for the rest of my life.
