Warminster Veterinary Hospital

This vet practice is not the worst BUT IT certainly leaves a lot to be desired. If it wasn't for Dr. May this place would not be operational. As it is, it is still not good. We have a very very difficult time getting through on the phone. When we finally do we are either put on hold for, no lie, at least 20 to 30 minutes and /or many times we are disconnected while speaking to them. There are two other vets that work there. One is barely acceptable. She seems somewhat more approachable and more knowledgeable and competent than the other vet. The other vet seems to be arrogant, condescending and rough in her handling of our pets. Hopefully Dr. May will not retire anytime soon. If or when he retires we WILL BE looking for another vet practice to go to in the future.

Dr. Cullen is rude and nasty. Saw her one time with my cat on a Saturday and she spent a total of 10 minutes with me. Major attitude. Not a nice person and do not recommend her if you want someone that is compassionate and caring.

We have used Dr May and Dr Jones for over 35 years since Dr Jones joined the practice we have used her many times also I can highly recommend this office and we have used them for eight different dogs. Great sympathy great diagnosis great treatment

We came here because a friend recommended them to me… We left our other veterinarian that we’ve been to for over 20 years and came here. Warminster veterinary Hospital has very kind staff. I brought my eight year-old with me and as the staff member was greeting my dog making sure they were comfortable as well as striking a conversation with my eight year old sister. I felt very at home and the veterinarian was honest and asked me what I wanted to do which I appreciate appreciated. We did have to wait a while for the vet, but that was excused because I overheard the vet condoling a pet owner about their animal.

Took my three cats here. Was treated on time and Dr. May was great. He really took the time to answer any questions I had and you can tell he loves his patients. I will definitely be taking my kitties back here. Best prices in the area as well.
