I've been a patient of Dr. Ward's for years and I have no plans on changing because he is a phenomenal optometrist. The office team is top notch.

After a bad experience at another location, visiting Dr. Ward's office was refreshing! While I did not see him for my eye exam as that had already been done, I did order my glasses from them. Jamie helped me and she was amazing! Her kindness and willingness to help made the experience so pleasant. I was truly blessed by my visit and will return for my eye exam in a year. I highly recommend them!

Minus 5 stars!!!!!!! BEWARE……..!!!!!!!!!! Money Greedy over Patient Care!!!!!! Appointment Tuesday 12/20 , waiting room full of people without masks.Two patients coughing and hacking in waiting room. Staff should have asked if you are sick to reschedule. Even Dr Ward was coughing. No mast! Did the staff clean equipment between patients!!! 3hours later, I finally leave. No apologies of the length of time I had to be there in the waiting room for a routine visit . Dr Ward’s office had no respect of my schedule that day. I had to cancel my PCP appointment that day. MONEY Greed over Patient Safety!!!!!! Their concern was how many patients they can cram in a waiting room. Eight chairs but 9 patients in waiting room. Two days later, diagnosed RSV. Never left my house since eye doctor appointment

Dr Ward is absolutely the very best! His staff are all friendly, courteous and very professional! I will definitely be a forever patient. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve seen dr. Ward my whole life and put 100% trust with him. I called a couple days ago because I have been having issues with my vision with spots and black splotches. They got me in the next day and he ended up doing a whole work up on me. I was happy he did because I was a little worried. I got a clean bill of health and now I feel better about the situation. I couldn’t thank them enough
