Customer Reviews
Received excellent customer service. The assistant manager took the time to understand my preferences and to help me understand the important factors to consider in choosing a frame. Even after finding a frame that worked, she encouraged me to try on a few more to ensure that I had the perfect pair, not just settling for the first one I liked. I would highly recommend shopping at this branch, especially since they will now have eye exams too!
Had a wonderful experience at the Union Hall Station location! The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the glasses/contacts, and helped me organise an eye appointment during my travels and pick out the best pair for me. The pricing was also excellent considering my prescription is usually pretty expensive. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Best Warby Parker I've ever been to. All Warby Parker shops have great service, but this branch went over and beyond. Shaina, the optician who helped me out was super helpful without being pushy. When she noticed that my current Warby Parker glasses were loose, she offered to tighten them for me, then cleaned it after. Awesome service.
The optician/sales advisor Shaina was absolutely stellar! This was my first time coming in a Warby Parker store and all of my questions about various frames and lenses were answered with care. I was looking to try out frames I wasn't able to pick in my at home try-on kit to compare and contrast. I was even offered a complimentary cleaning of my glasses that I desperately needed (it's like they're brand new) this encouraged me to purchase the mini cleaning kit. Thanks to Shaina for making this experience seamless! I look forward to coming back to this location to purchase the frames I ultimately decide on! p.s. Latrell in black is shown in the photo from in-store. Loved the Kemi style frames in the home try-on kit the most!
Customer service was A-1. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The selection is great and you honestly can't beat the price for single vision glasses.
