Warby Parker Green Hills

I had an awesome experience at Warby Parker in Green Hills Mall. Dr. Drew was super personable and actually made getting an eye exam fun, something I never thought I’d say. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. After the exam, Jay T helped me pick out frames and made the whole process smooth and stress free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had great style recommendations. Overall, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a fun, easy eye care experience!

Violeta was amazing and gave top notch customer service. I went in there and came out with a pair that I absolutely love and the whole process took about 20 minutes. I’m pretty indecisive and she made it easy for me narrow it down. Her kind coworkers also gave me their opinions to help make my final choice. Thanks for the great experience!

This was my first time getting an eye exam and glasses at Warby Parker and I absolutely loved it. The selection of frames and the convience of my eye exam at the same location, honestly, was the best. I highly recommend them, and I myself will be going back for a few more frames💕

I have ordered several pair of glasses from Warby Parker in Green Hills. I’ve always had excellent customer service in store and no issues with shipping. Unfortunately this changed when I ordered a pair of glasses on January 3 and have yet to receive my order. Three calls to customer service and they have been unable to explain the issue, have “reordered” my glasses twice, and offered me a $20 credit towards any future purchase (Thanks). What they cannot seem to do, however, is actually deliver the glasses being ordered. I’m not sure where the breakdown is here but I’m not sure I will ever come back to Warby Parker after this experience.

Always a pleasure to shop at WP! the store is beautiful and filled with so many options for frames. The staff is friendly and efficient. Just bought my second pair of glasses there and will continue to come back!
