Warby Parker Easton Town Center

My experience was top notch! I have been needing to get new glasses for a long time but was having a hard time finding the right place. I always have a hard time because of my size and have difficulty finding glasses that fit my face. My brother & his wife recommended Warby Parker and I’m so glad they did. As soon as I entered the store they welcomed me and were very friendly. My exam was easy and the associate that helped me find my glasses made it fun. She was able to find the perfect pair that fit my style & personality. I recommend Warby Parker to everyone! Thanks for helping me see again!

Excellent experience- the easiest time I have ever had buying glasses. Had done some virtual try-ons on the website and was impressed that everything the website said was exactly how it went in the store. The price- which was way better than what my eye doctor’s office wanted- included all I needed and there was no attempt to upsell me. The person that helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was super simple.

I loved it here! I tried on several pairs of glasses and was having a hard time figuring out my style, as this is the first time I needed glasses. Effy was who I worked with and she was great and very knowledgeable. She even helped give her own opinions on frames when I found myself stuck. They were very clear with costs and what my insurance covered. I walked out with TWO frames and I am so excited. Highly recommend.

I walked in and was immediately taken care of by the warmest and most friendly person. Her name is Effy. She was AMAZING! Not only are the frames great, but the service she provided cannot be beat. Effy was so knowledgeable and took her time with me. As long as Effy is there, I’ll be a repeat customer, for sure!

Irwin and Rhonda both offered terrific service and helped me make a decision I felt great about. I loved how Irwin immediately established communication with me when I came into the store, pointing me towards frames that would suit me. He gave me space to choose my own frames but graciously offered a few suggestions, too, and I ended up going with one of the frames he selected. He's got a terrific eye!
