Fabulous experience. Suggest look on line for frames and use the virtual feature to get an idea of how the frames could look on you. I went in with a list of 5 frames choose my first choice from the virtual tryout is what I purchased. Staff fantastic not pushing other frames or over selling lense features. I was out in and out in 30 min. Highly recommend using WP to fill your eyewear needs. AAAA++++

Fantastic choices of frames! Different from other frame stores and prices are perfect! Clean store! Staff is fabulous! Very friendly and helpful! I haven’t received my glasses yet but I have full faith that everything will be just as ordered and wanted. If not, this review will change. 👍 Keep up the great work and trendy frames! I was initially frustrated that I couldn't just buy new lenses (my frames were discontinued). But the employee helping me was so calming and professional and laid out all my options. I ended up staying and buying new frames and lenses--very happy with my purchase. It was obvious she had years of experience. Thanks to her, I didn't leave frustrated and walked away a happy customer. Great employees!

Went into this store with my prescription, with the intent to purchase glasses, as I live two hours away from the store. After agreeing that I would be better off having my prescription checked by their Dr. to assure that it was as correct as I possible, I was informed that there were no appointments. available that day and I would have to make the 4 hour round trip another day. Shortly thereafter, as I was looking at frames, another customer came in and was offered a same day appointment, that I was told was not possible for me. The only difference between him and I, his skin is white and mine is brown. If you are similarly complected, do what I did and take your business elsewhere.

Great eye exam experience with an in-person optometrist. Exam felt comprehensive and professional. Much better experience than the virtual exam I got at a discount place last time. Note - Warby Parker dies not make bifocals. They only do single vision or progressive lenses. The progressive lenses seemed fairly expensive.
