Walton Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine

This place is a complete joke! I've had 4 scheduled sleep studies and everyone has been canceled on their end because they only have 1 working take home machine. I have been more than understanding, but this last time was the one that done it for me. Last Wednesday I was scheduled to pick up my home sleep study after 1pm. The day before i had communicated through the website about someone else picking it up. When i got there Wednesday at 1, which was a 30 minute drive one way on my lunch break, they looked at me dumbfounded and told me that I couldn't get the machine and that it wasn't calibrated and they hoped the guy who does it would have it fixed before I showed up!! I told them that its ridiculous that they knew the machine wasn't functioning yet they couldn't call me when i was the O

The sleep test was a lot easier than expected. I was able to fall alseep very easy. The staff was great and the room was really nice. Besides having cords all over me, which is expected, I was very comfortable. Everything was well explained and they handle their clients with care. I would recomend this office to others.

It is difficult to get in touch with the office. Once you have an appointment, the doctor's are great. However after your initial visit you are shoved off to the nurse practitioner who is always behind and not as compptent as the doctor's. If you need a test, records or an equipment order sent over to the medical supply provider, you can forget it. Hence, it has been over a month and I am STILL waiting on my equipment. Getting test results also take forever. They were supposed to fax copies of my records to another provider THEY referred me to and they failed to do so This office lacks organization and communication.

was given an appointment time of 3:30 arrived 15 minutes early as is the custom for new patient the appointment was for my mother who has been coughing for the last two months. When we get their front office staff checks us in very nice lady. The back office staff very rude told us to reschedule because she had to leave at 3:30 for a staff meeting told us we suppose to be their at 3 shoved paperwork in my mothers face and told us goodbye. If we had arrived at 3 how would you have time to exam her by 3:30. I work in healthcare my self being rude to a patient during their time of need is bad manners and not good for business

Walton Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine I had an appointment for the sleep study. Paid $431.37 cost of deductible on 1/13/21. My insurance paid the cost, so the appointment should have been only the co-pay $50.00. Walton Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine owe me $381.37 flex card money. Walton Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine will not return the money owed to me. I have called and left messages, I have emailed on the patient portal. Calling started on 1/27/21 and e-mails. My insurance company have called and spoken with the finance person have provided paper work and evidence that Walton Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine was paid by the insurance company and there should be a refund issued to me. Walton finance person had a list of things she could not do, working from home, didn't have a fax machine couldn't see wh
