Hit and miss… physicians are always nice, medical assistants are hit and miss- like today, she definitely doesn’t like her job…. Looked miserable to be here and was so short with my son. This has been my son’s pediatric office for almost 10 years- since birth…. Keep going back and forth on looking for a new office. Drs are very nice when in office but staff have horrible follow up. One example- son needed a follow up sleep study…. It took over five months to actually get the referral… called at least once a month during that time to follow up…. Every time was told it would be taken care of and just didn’t happen. I had to make a massive stink with the office manager to finally get results. At the same time they were also supposed to put in a referral for a speech therapist…. That just neve

My autistic son has been a patient at this clinic for 4 years now. We spend more time waiting than actually speaking to a Dr which causes my son to become dysregulated. The Pediatricians usually seem like they’re in a rush therefore not seeming engaged or attentive. I have asked for occupational and speech therapy referrals that have taken quite some time to process and when I finally receive information, the clinics are not accepting new patients. You would think they have their system set up to only provide me with clinics that ARE accepting new patients so our time won’t be wasted. One particular instance I had recently was with Dr. Gomez. We had exactly one appointment at this place before switching doctors immediately. Assistant was nasty in person. Called around 4 weeks old bc my newborn baby was projectile vomiting. I was put on hold for 25 minutes twice. A third time when I explain I cannot be put on hold a third time, she snapped “IM IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING.” By the way chat - my baby has GERD and was diagnosed/medicated by another doctor. What I described to these clowns, they told us no need to make an appointment and to stop over feeding him 😂 DO NOT GO HERE LOL

My son has been a patient here since a newborn in 2020. He’s autistic. I been needing a form signed to support his needs but this entire office refuses to help me though they’ve known my son and knows his needs since day one! I’ve emailed the office manager, even requested to speak to them and never a response the front desk told me they simply can’t help stating he’s too “young” to have this type of support. My son is 5. So I switched to a different office, a different pediatrician and even on the first day, ONE day of meeting my son this new doctor was willing listen and help me with this form that I been begging this office for weeks for. The doctors here have seen my son for 5 YEARS and refused to help us while a doctor who only known my son for ONE DAY helped us without any hesitation

These doctors are so dismissive and rule everything out as "constipation" without any further testing to be done. I recently when it for reproductive issues asked to see a OBGYN, it was like pulling teeth out of them to get a number and was told my periods we're just "really bad" and told I was only constipated. My sister had went as well for stomach issues, they did testing, didn't find anything, again, "no findings" therefore my sister was told she was constipated too. You CANNOT convince me this isn't shady. Don't call yourself a Healthcare provider if you refuse to further help your patients.
