What a wonderful experience! Having avoided the dentist since before “the pandemic” (remember that?) , having the need for particular understanding of TMJ issues I have, and having a general fear of dentistry itself, I was so nervous dialing these folks up as a new patient. I’m SO GLAD that I did! First off - Dr. Callison and her AMAZING crew made me feel right at home and treated me as if I’ve been a patient of theirs for years. From my initial phone call, to scheduling, to x-rays and discussion of my needs, each and every person I can into contact with was friendly, kind, and supportive. Secondly, this office has busted the myth that I have to go all the way back to my hometown for dental care. I’m grateful to have this team and a “gentle dentist” so close by. Check in and check out

My husband went yesterday for the first time as sort of a test run to see if I’d be comfortable there (I suffer from medical/dental anxiety due to past experiences). The women at the front desk were so kind & helpful. They talked us through everything & made sure we understood payments, insurance and scheduling. The hygienist that took care of his cleaning was funny & super kind as well. We both felt so at ease and comfortable through the entire process. The dentist herself was very informative and friendly. The entire experience was comfortable & surprisingly enjoyable (for it to be a dentist visit). I went for my 6 month cleaning today. They wanted to do xrays again which i had done last time. So I asked if the insurance was going to pay for them. I was told yes. So when i checked out, i had to pay as insurance wouldn't cover all of them. Then i was told i needed an appointment to get a filling. I said ok. I was told I would have to pay before I can make the appointment. I told them I am not doing that. I would go some place else. I have been going to this office for many many years. Never had to do this. Why would I pay for a service before I get it done? Especially since I have insurance. I have never heard of such non sense. I hate this as Dr. Callison is a good person. I hope they wake up, if I have to pay ahead of time, I will not be returning. I am waiting for Dr. Callison to

This was my first visit. The staff was great. The hygienist, Kaitlyn, did a great job cleaning my teeth. She took a lot of care to not hurt me. She has a very nice personality, which always makes everything better. Dr. Callison was also great. She came in and explained everything. The 2 ladies at the front desk were also friendly. It’s always stressful going to a dentist, but a staff with a good demeanor goes a long way. More people should take their approach.

Very upset!! I have been a patient at this facility for over 10 years. I was a roll over patient to Dr Callison. I take my dental health very seriously & stayed on top of my 6 mo cleanings. I absolutely loved her work BUT, after my last session I had to go for a second opinion bc I was being told by a receptionist (not Dr Callison) that I had numerous cavities that needed to be filled (7). 1st) I knew there was no way!! 2nd) why didn’t she say that during the exam 3rd) if it was true why would she have not showed concern. I’m 55 I only had 6 in my entire life!!! How does one get 6 in 8 months!! I knew I was being taken advantage of & went for a second opinion without saying why I was there. No cavities or decay were found. I have no insurance & they should be ashamed!! I now have
