Uncaring, unprofessional and unorthodox. Don't even think about canceling or rescheduling, they will not treat you well. You will leave their office bleeding and in pain. PLEASE go somewhere else for your own safety and comfort.

Horrible horrible communication skills from this office. I was told today that i must show up 10 minutes early for my appointment.This was the first I was told of this new policy. Then I was told if I didn't return there calls my appointment would be canceled. I been going to this dentist office for at least 10 years.They change their policies when ever they feel like it and don't notify their patients. They only care about themselves! I have a new dentist now that actually can communication like a decent human! I would give them a zero if I could!

I am a transplant from Virginia where I had the same dentist/friend for more than 25 years. Dragged my feet finding someone new (partially due to COVID) because I didn't think I'd be able to have such a good relationship again. I had my first appointment today and was so happy to find such a congenial group on first try. Joanne is a delightful woman who warmly and humorously welcomed and chatted with me. Dr. Walsh and his assistant, whose name I didn't catch, were very pleasant while being professional. My immediate problem was quickly resolved. I'll have a regular appointment in a few weeks. I can say I'm (almost) looking forward to seeing the dentist and staff again soon.

Saw him about 3 years ago. He had excellent bedside manor as well as a nice staff. I had an extraction and he did it so well until I felt absolutely NO pain during the process and very minimal after it was pulled. In fact within an hour after leaving, I was back to normal. I have recommended 2 other people to him and they have came to me thanking me for recommending such a great dentist.

Moved here 1 year ago from Atlanta area and dreaded finding a new dentist. It was no problem at all, even though I'm very particular about my dentist. Dr. Walsh and his staff are so much better than any of the ones we used in Atlanta, and he's only a short drive away! One of the great finds since we moved to SLV!
