Whitney was amazing! Our dog is excitable and talkative. Whitney handled her so well. She is truly an animal lover and cares for the pawtients! Dr. Suji was very attentive and addressed our concerns. We took our other dog the next day and had a great experience too. Whitney helped us and was wonderful with Chloe. Chloe is very anxious and nervous. Whitney was able to help her to relax and feel more secure. Whitney s amazing! Dr. Rit took the time to explain and discuss her blood tests and what we should do to help Chloe. He is very personable and answers our questions.

Well I went today for the first time to take my 8 yr old GBP for a dental. I was impressed with the staff. I have not met the vet as of yet. But everyone else was stellar. I believe come July when my contract is over with Banfield I am joining the Walnut street family. And the 7 days a week schedule is amazing.

I took my dog in today for a dental visit, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I was told he was due for deworming, and I asked to make sure it was included in his wellness plan. That is when they informed me his wellness plan had expired. This was never mentioned when I scheduled the appointment, and his plan normally renews automatically. Because of that, they expected me to pay the full amount upfront, which was around $700 with the dental included. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. After over four years of bringing my dog here, the level of care and professionalism has gone downhill. Thankfully, I have already found another vet, but I cannot recommend Walnut Street Animal Hospital anymore. The experience is not what it used to b

I took my dog here for a nail trim and was really disappointed with the services. They had told me even though she has updated rabies vaccinations, since I didn’t have the physical copy she would have to have another so that they could clip her nails due to policy. I said that would be fine, but during my visit she was too anxious for them to clip her nails so they only got 3 done. They asked me to come in the back and hold her down while they clipped them. When I went back there it looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, there was blood on the floor, and my dog had blood on her fur that was not hers. They told me she’s too anxious to clip her nails and sent me home with anxiety meds. I was still charged 100+ dollars for the rabies vaccine that she already had (and was only getting

I am 67 years old and have owned many dogs, all shapes and sizes…. Rottweilers, German Shorthair Pointers, English setters, poodles, rat terriers, and Papillons. I have patronized many veterinary practices over those years and I can tell you that Walnut Street Animal Hospital is the best of the best. They are open 7 days a week, are very reasonably priced, and the staff is sooooo kind and caring.
