I am very grateful to have found this dental office. It is reassuring to have a place where I can confidently bring both my children and myself for quality care. The dentist demonstrates excellent bedside manner and consistently takes the time to explain every procedure in detail. One thing I especially appreciate is how he speaks directly to my children, acknowledging them, explaining what is going on with their teeth, and describing the procedure and any needed ongoing care in a way they can easily understand. His patience and clarity make a tremendous difference in their comfort and confidence. Glad to have found a good dentist. Monarch filled a cavity and it didn't feel smooth after. Like a little ledge that needed to be smoothed out. Thought it would fix itself. When it didn't I called them and they tried charging me to fix it. Walnut smoothed out out with NO questions asked. That's a whole other level of customer service that DOES NOT happen these days. Things like that keep customers for life. Not to mention the state of the art technology they use to provide you with a level of transparency not usually found in the healthcare industry. So glad they're close and I don't have to travel cause Lord knows I'd have no problem racking up the miles‼️

Dr. Tran is a blessing to our family. My five daughters love him and always look forward to their dental visits. The staff is friendly, inviting and helpful. I travel from Princeton, TX to Richardson, TX so that my family can receive his amazing dental services. If you're in or around the Richardson area check out his office, you will satisfied.

I'm so glad I found this place. It took me 5 years after moving to Dallas to find him but it was worth it. He had excellent bedside manner, always explains to me everything in detail and gives me choices. He also remembers me and my kids every time visit. You can tell he truly cares about his patients.
