1 star is being generous and is the lowest possible choice allowed. This establishment makes it very difficult to do business with them. Closed for lunch everyday and closes early before noon on Fridays. The first time we went there it was 20 minutes before closing and we were told we could not be helped because they were closing at 5:00. The second time we went was on a Friday at 1:00 and found that they close at 11:30 on Fridays. The third time we were told that we had to wait next door because she was helping someone else, yet when we were finally helped, she allowed another customer to come in and browse the selection. Catherine Romano and Catherine Lemos ("The Catherines") are the licensed opticians you need. Helpful, patient, professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Catherine R. has been a mainstay over the years and now with Catherine L. they are an amazing duo! I only get RayBans but there is a vast array of other brands to choose from. I vote for proper recognition of their work and a pay raise! :)

Reception was nice, but the billing lady was rude, spoke over me and hung up on me.
