Walmart Supercenter

The first thing I noticed when I came into the store was the messy, unorganized racks and shelves, and the filthy floors. We were driving through the area and needed to grab and pair of pants for my son. I used to visit this exact Wal-Mart frequently but haven't been there for quite a while. We looked through the "pile" of pants on the shelf trying to find a few sizes. After grabbing a few sizes, we headed to the fitting rooms. We waited for over 20 minutes to get assistance to unlock the fitting room, we rang the bell multiple times for an employee to come and open it for us. All I heard on the walky-talky was employees talking about going on their breaks. No one ever showed up. A few employees walked past us and didn't say a word. We get pickup or delivery. When you get pickup, you have to call when you get there and then give them a four digit code. They offer good customer service. Sometimes their produce products aren't always the best. We have to call and complain. We'll be back though. Their prices are good. We get the baby water. I think it's distilled. I use it for my humidifier and it's only a buck for a gallon. Compare this with Smith's ($1.49 at Smith's for a gallon of distilled). Wish I could give them five stars but we do have issues with produce sometimes, particularly the onions. The Walmart Money Card online services are a mess. I couldn't even make an account with the money card that I have to see my transactions! I had to go to the customer service booth to load it. The service was go

The store itself is alright but these are definitely some of the grossest bathrooms I have ever seen by far. Avoid using if you can. Along with how dirty the floors are, all of the toilets have what looks to be diarrhea and vomit on all over them.

I wanted to leave a shout out to the associate who helped me today in the candy isle. I have forgotten his name but it was 4-5 letters long and unique and he had an accent that was not from Utah. He was so kind and went the extra mile to help me find the chocolates I wanted so much so that he ran after me once he found them. Best service I’ve ever gotten at a Walmart.
