BLACK MOLD IN ICEBOX WHERE MILK IS!! They never clean this box as well as the box holding the vegetables. Just nasty

Walmarts existence for me is pointless. Ordered tires that were to arrive over a week ago. One just arrived to the store today and the other still hasn’t arrived. First question being why in the world weren’t they shipped together?!!! Had to spend even more money and order tires from Amazon. My Amazon purchased tires thankfully arrived earlier than promised but now Walmart won’t allow me to cancel an order that I never even received and is still showing as delayed. Auto Care never answers the phone. It’s frustrating, at this point I’m confident there are droves of people that could sue for emotional distress alone.

The coach Alyssa/Alesa/Alissa in Customer Service Center, with the blonde braids and football shoulders, needs to be fired. Madyson and Joy in self-check out are such great people. Empathetic and helpful to distressed and confused customers unlike “coach” Alyssa/Alesa. Was not helpful to my wife not one second. Didn’t ever smile at or greet anyone in her line either.

Walmart Supercenter on Winchester the automotive center supposed to open at 7:00 but several workers called in so they open the automotive center at 11:00 instead of 7:00 A.M. I stopped by today 10/26/24 to pick up a few things. The store was very busy. The employee in the self checkout line was very friendly and on top of her job directing the customer's. It was a great visit today.

Now since when do the pick up people DRY BEG for TIPS? It’s so uncomfortable and can become a hostile/weird situation real fast. The audacity to even say “It’s okay if you don’t wanna tip.” trying to guilt trip. It’s WEIRD. Walmart employees aren’t even minimum wage workers. It’s really bold and down right bad business to beg for a tip…Just do the job you got hired for. If someone wants to tip you, they will without being prompted to.
