Walmart Supercenter

Had an awesome pickup experience with Justin today! He was professional, polite, and made sure everything was accurate before loading it up. The whole process was fast and stress-free thanks to him. Great customer service! employees like Justin make a big difference!

Rude employees not allowing anyone to check out at any registers. Lines everywhere on a Tuesday. And the one employee was policing the 20 items or less registers while everyone stood waiting for only 3 registers open. Then other employees standing around chatting instead of opening registers. Was told by another business not even a Walmart that the employees at this Walmart are rude and they don't want to work. Maybe Corporate should do a surprise visit to theses stores. And also take customer reviews seriously.

I have had NUMEROUS deliveries from this Walmart without an issue. Today was not so good. My wife placed an order. It was being shopped and an item or two were not available. No biggie...substitute. No sub available....for Wavey Chips!? Please tell me Walmart has NO Wavey Chips of any brand. The order was being delivered by someone who could not locate the house and when contacted by my wife had a hard time with the English language. To top it off...NONE OF THE ITEMS WERE BAGGED!!! The only item in a bag was green peppers in a produce bag WITH MY TYLENOL!!! Are you serious? Please do not let this person shop. See the attached picture of my front porch!

Had a great experience in the electronics department. The employee asked immediately can he assist us. We were interested in a laptop computer purchase. He seemed to be knowledgeable about the product. He gave us good advice on the purchase. The biggest thing was that he walked around the department with us and didn't just point like a lot of store employees do. Also good interaction to and that resulted into a purchase. We were very satisfied with the employee and we purchased a new laptop and a tablet.

Couldn't find the price for some apparel items here, so I chose not to get them. If I don't know the price up front, why would I spend the energy bringing it to the register just to tell the cashier I don't want it because it will probably be overpriced. Other than that, the store is fine. In such a small town, it's one of two or three grocery stores, and they have cheapish appliances and clothes.
