Wall's Prairie Pharmacy

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for years and i cant put into words the level of professionalism, service, and excellence I receive every single time! Great job to all the staff thank you so much!!!!

I never make reviews for companies but I felt like these guys deserve it. I have been with this pharmacy since at least 2009. I feel if you or someone in your family has a chronic illness it’s important to establish a good relationship with not only a physician but a good pharmacist. Leslie has been a blessing to my grandma and I. She has been there to answer questions or throw out ideas. She is compassionate and has tried to go above and beyond when needed. If we had more healthcare workers like Leslie and her crew this broken system would be better off!

I had an amazing experience with the Walmart pharmacy team. I arrived to pick up a prescription and groceries, but the medication wasn’t ready yet. I decided to shop while waiting, but lost track of time and returned 11 minutes after the pharmacy had closed. I thought I’d missed my chance, but a team member came out, reopened the store, and filled my prescription. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and exceptional service!

One start because I can't rate it a zero. I am type one diabetic and I went it because I needed a couple of needles or even a box. My insulin pump ran out and my flight home was later that day. All I wanted to do is control my blood sugar so it doesnt get to high and i wouldn't start sick. Was turned away because they can "we only do prescription" without even looking anything up or trying... I've used walmart pharmacy and had zero problems worst experience I've ever had and will never ever go back to this pharmacy.

“If we had to call everyone who had a medication that wasn’t covered by insurance, I would be standing here on the phone all day.” “I called you guys this morning, you could have easily told me at that time that the medication wasn’t covered.” Continued discussion back and forth… “I don’t have to stand here and listen to this..” (disconnected the line)… apparently this employee doesn’t have anything to do ALL DAY but STAND so please someone give her something to do. Anyways, they charged me full price for a brand new medication. I didn’t find out until my significant other had brought it home.
