Wallingford Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My parents were placed in Wallingford both after a hospitalization in Sept. There were no other facilities with bed space. We as a family have been pleasantly surprised with the care my parents have received. They are now permanent residents of the facility. They allowed my parents to be placed in the same room together. This act of kindness to keep my elderly parents together has meant everything to us as a family. I can’t stress how caring all the staff members are towards my parents. The staff from front desk, office, PT,OT, CNA,RN , housekeepers ,dietary and social worker are the best. They truly care for their residents well being. The facilities are clean and food appetizing. Wallingford has five star excellent care. I was extremely impressed by how the employees were all nice caring, And loving. They serve three Hardy meals a day. The facility is very clean and the staff I like your neighbors they always come to check up how you’re doing. my husband and I unfortunately both needed therapy at the same time. The Wallingford team was extremely accommodating and made sure we had our own private room together. I would Highly recommend Wallingford to anyone who needs a short term rehab rehabilitation stay. I appreciate all of the staff that works with my husband. They are very attentive to his every need. Every time I visit he is clean and they work very hard to get him back on his feet. I am truly grateful for the compassion and kindness that is felt and shown to my husband and family. Thank you

When I arrived at Wallingford Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation on October 28, after being in the hospital for 2 months I was so weak, still needing a month of IV antibiotics and a lot of Rehabilitation to regain my strength to go home and be able to take care of myself. I left today November 26th, healthy strong, carried all my bags myself. The staff was amazing, so kind, not just to me but to other patients who needed far more care than me. Physical and occupational therapy really got me back in shape. Very clean, I felt comfortable. Thank you Wallingford SNR 🙏🏼

I just like to think the Wallingford and power back staff for all their hard work Special shout out to Marc For maintenance for always being good for my needs. Their nursing staff are second to none and care for the residence like it’s their own. What can I say? Anna from therapy is just so nice. Thank you, everyone for what you did for me
