I had an eye appointment yesterday afternoon, and I continue to be impressed with the level of care I receive here. The front office was short staffed, but that did not take away from the quality of their customer service at all. The front office ladies are doing an amazing job. They are kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The eye doctor took his time with my appointment, and I never felt rushed, even though I was the last appointment of the day. He explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I truly appreciated the time and care he gave. I have been coming here for years, and this experience reminded me exactly why. Highly recommend.

My entire family has been a client of Waller Eye Care for 14 years. Dr. Bailey and team are the best. The staff is very knowledgeable and client centered. You get all the feelings and treatments of old time hometown care.

Dr. Bailey and her team are very cordial and professional. They take the time to explain all procedures and are willing to answer any questions along the way. Dr. Bailey spends time to thoroughly explain all the recommendations and answers the why's and what ifs before I ask. I recommend them every chance I get and truly appreciate all they do for both my wife and I!!

I took my handicapped brother in to have an eye exam & to get glasses. The staff was amazing with getting him accommodations & the doctor was even better with working with my brothers situation. He went above & beyond to make sure his exam was completed & got new glasses We will definitely be going back next year. They are an amazing group of people

Staff were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I did not have to wait long before I got attended. The Dr was patient in explaining the need for cataract surgery. He calmed my anxieties about the whole situation. I recommend Waller Family Eye Care.
