Wall Family Dentistry

Everything seemed to be going really well until Melony at the front desk messed things up with my insurance by not submitting the correct information to my insurance and not in the allotted time frame in order for it to be approved. I go in for fillings and go to leave expecting to just be paying my deductible and get slapped with a 700.00 bill?? I'm being told my "last year's" cleaning was denied. I was expected to pay this out of pocket and never informed of this issue. I contacted my insurance and found out what they needed and found out I overpaid out of pocket and now im getting the run around. Won't be returning!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Wall for about 9 years. He is very conscience and a true perfectionist. He is easy to talk to and his staff is exceptional. Melanie always works around my work schedule and kids schedule. Highly recommend Dr Wall and his staff

I found Dr. Wall after a very traumatic experience with another dentist who was the complete opposite of Dr. Wall and his staff. Now I look forward to every appointment with Dr. Wall and staff. Several times I've actually fallen asleep during my cleanings I was so relaxed. Dr.Wall is also very helpful in looking out for my financial timing and insurance options on expensive procedures like crowns and caps. Outstanding Dental practice.
