Never called with or received promised results, dog poop left everywhere outside by STAFF, and won’t refill medications their vets recommended without extra appointments for senior service animal! Rude, sound like a machine instead of a human, hang up without so much as bye or have a good day (John). Just genuinely do not seem to care if you return as long as they get paid. Poor care. Just want money.

My dog was sick day before a holiday and Walkertown Vet's office would not see her. I took her to another vet's office and they were so kind to see a dog that was not their patient. I am so thankful for the other vet's office. If Walkertown vets only wants to do well visits that is their choice. The former doctors worked the sick and hurt animals and the other client did not have a problem with it.

We have been going here for several years but since Dr. Fox has left, this place has went to crap. Can’t get any of the drs to return phone calls about visits and medication questions. Please take your babies to another vet, as we will be looking elsewhere for one.

I have been taking my 2 dogs to WVH for 19 years. Every time I go it gets more expensive. Today it was going to be $107 to get their nails cut and dremeled. I could have paid $40 to get thier nails done at Pet Smart. Not going back.

I am so happy with Walkertown Veterinarian. I lost both of my dogs within three weeks of each other quite unexpectedly. Everyone was so incredibly kind and compassionate when I took my sweet boys to them for cremation. They checked on me. They took both paw prints and paw impressions. They sent me cards. They are gentle and loving with my 20-year-old kittie as well as my new little Pug. Getting appointments are very easy and they take time with me and my critters. We are never rushed. ❤️ And - they don’t know this yet - but we are adding to our family which means we are adding to the Walkertown Veterinary family to. That’s the little black female pug in the photos!! ❤️
