Walk Shores Dental Care

I have been going to Walk Shores Dental for about a year and a half now and I have been very pleased with all the services. Unfortunately for me, I’ve had to have some major work done including crowns and bridges but they have a very professional and caring team. I love Dr. “H”. When she gives you a shot, she has a way to do it so you don’t even feel a prick and I’ve had a lot of novacaine in my life. I’m also happy that they use my Medicare PPO benefits and the negotiated prices that Medicare allows for dental procedures. It’s a beautiful and clean office and all the staff and hygienists I’ve had are very kind and professional. I am grateful for the care that I’ve had at Walk Shores Dental and highly recommend them.

There was no wait, and the hygienist was pleasant, gentle, and thorough. She took her time with my cleaning and educated me throughout the process. The doctor was also very personable. Great visit overall!

I have been calling Walk Shores dental care for several months now about a bill that I received but no one has been able to explain to me what the bill is even for. I am trying to understand why I received a bill when I paid for my portion of the cleaning service during my visit. Every time I call, I ask to speak to the office manager and it's been several months now yet, he still has not called me back. It's very unprofessional and rude that the office manager Sixto still has not return my call. Because of this the front desk staff Edna, told me today that I am in collections which makes no sense because I have been trying to understand why I am even being billed when I paid for my portion upfront. My dentist and her Assistant Rosie make things happen. They genuinely care about what their patients want and need. And do an incredible job. And their dental hygienist is the best hygienist. my husband and I have ever had and we’re both in our 50s. Narcoossee location❤️

I had a great experience at Walk Shores Dental. Assistant Rosie was kind and made me feel at ease, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. The tooth removal procedure was excellent—the doctor was efficient and attentive, placed a stitch to ensure proper healing over the weekend, and sent me home with everything I needed for recovery. Highly recommend!
