Walk In Urgent Care

So grateful to have this urgent care nearby! They always get me and my family members in quickly and effectively address any issues at hand. In the past few weeks we’ve visited multiple times - once for myself to treat back pain, once for my husband who had an ear infection and once for my daughter who tested positive with the flu A. The staff is always attentive and welcoming while the facility is clean. If you are looking for medical professionals who you can trust, Walk In Urgent Care is the place to go! Thank you for always helping our family of 5, it seems like someone is always sick in our house!

This facility and employees should be ashamed of themselves. My sister arrived at 7:43pm with a cut on her hand. They waited to come up front for several minutes only to tell her they were closed. The website and all other documentation states they are open until 8. I walked in at 7:52 and asked why they turned her away and the employee stated they stop taking patients at 7:45 so they can leave on time at 8pm. That is not how office hours works for most businesses and those details are not listed anywhere. If that were true, the doors should lock at 7:45. The women came up front and looked at her hand and stated she only needed gauze and to wrap it. More than 12 hours later it was still bleeding. I am afraid that I gave my personal information to a screen that took copies of it from India. Then the medical team was so untrained. I should have walked out the moment I saw how dirty the waiting area was. And the furniture was old and cut up. One I was seen the room I was in had droplets of splattered blood on the walls. The "doctor" that saw me was nice but I guess she was a traveling doctor as she didn't know where anything was. I received a stint for my finger that was swollen from the hit and run i received. And they recommended me getting a Xray done. I went to get the Xray and now no one knows where it is. Great

Awful receptionist. Breaking HIPAA laws with the virtual medical assistant person on a screen at the desk as they ask for information about everyone. And they left a form from a previous client on the counter. Have me no take home information about my appointment. I had to come back to get an itemised bill. The one receptionist I saw who actually talked to me was polite, I will saw. And the person who saw me as a patient was polite.

Horrible lady at the front desk seem like she has to stay in the back in talk they open up 20 mins late. Me and 3 others been trying to call them to the front we knocked on the door they just ignoring us. Horrible horrible service
