They have the worst customer service especially around phone calls. It can take 30 minutes to an hour and a half to get through and it may take 3 tries as their phone system has hung me up at least once every time I have called. They always have to order my son’s medication and it can take 2-3 days then they have to have time to fill it. I called in two prescriptions on Monday and they would be ready on Thursday. I picked up 2 prescriptions and got home and realized one of the medications was the wrong one. His prescription was changed two months ago. I used the number off the bottles to call in the refill but they filled it with the wrong medication, one he no longer uses! How do you get that wrong?? Been on hold for over an hour and had to call back two times because I got hung up, and

The customer service was outstanding—the staff was friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. From the moment I walked in until I checked out, the atmosphere was pleasant and professional. This is how pharmacy and retail service should be. Highly recommend!

Came here for COVId 19 vaccination for my kids. Nurse was really nice and was a great experience for my kids. Painless for my kids which was the best part

Honestly, I prefer to support smaller pharmacies, but I literally just spoke to a small pharmacy and they were quite short with me, and it was not the first time. However I’ve had excellent luck with the pharmacy technicians at this Walgreens branch. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks, guys!

Pharmacy review. Came in today on Saturday. No wait time. Very professional, prompt and competent staff. I personally had an outstandingly positive experience with this pharmacy and I definitely want to stay being a customer here. A girl what appeared to be of East Indian descent was helping me. She is definitely an asset.
