I will give two stars because several of the employees have been really lovely, kind, and helpful. But one employee refused to help me and openly lied to me, and unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review because of her. It was quite shocking to be treated that way after having such a good relationship with so many of the employees for a long time.

checked a handful of times for Hours (checked last night AND this morning) By phone & thru Google. Here Now, Saturday @8:58am. Picking up my mum-in-law's Cream. Last week on the phone they said insurance Won't Cover til Saturday. Whomever told her Specifically Saturday. I Don't believe Myself & her BOTH are having a 'misunderstanding' We live 37minutes Away. This Monday we are Having a Huge Storm. So there's That. Our Problem Not Yours. Thanks. Thank🫵🏼You For the Disappointment, enormous Waste of Time. Also, was Told "this" is the Only Place To GET that Specific Prescription.

The team at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy - Erinda, Brandon , Linda and the entire team are exceptional. They truly care for their patients and families. They are very knowledgeable, kind and caring . They have amazing follow-up, They frequently check in to see how your treatment is working. They collaborate well with your treatment team . They are OUTSTANDING. Would highly recommend this team.

Excellent service, kind people. The pharmacists are very helpful and able to navigate refills and insurance holds on my prescriptions without issue. I have had trouble with timely refills at other places, but never here.

Grifters, if they cheat in the only aspect of their business that I know I am sure they take every shortcut in every other aspect as well. Wouldn’t trust them.
