Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

This store/location refuses to use the online app for refills, even though corporate said they should be using it. The ease and convenience is completely gone at this location. Whenever I call, if Kim answers the phone I can expect to be talked to rudely, spoken over and hung up on. This happened the last 3 times I called and she answered. I contacted corporate about the poor customer service and the stores refusal to use their own app/online system.

Absolutely the best service. Always quick and courteous. Karina is a blessing at reception!

Helpful workers and most of all really friendly customers, had some car trouble and the man didn't even hesitate to ask if I needed some coolant. Coolest dude I've met on Broadway shout out to that guy, never got his name but you really helped me and my husband out and we really appreciate you. Fast and friendly. But they only do specialty medicine
