I need to give the most amazing shout out to the Pharmacy. I had a major issue with a very important medication and they all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. With how upsetting and frustrating the whole situation was they worked behind the scenes to figure out what went wrong and now I’m able to continue taking my medication. Thank you to all!!

One of the companies, Walgreens in general, for which you just want to give -5 stars but you cannot. Their AI system confirmed to me my prescription willb e refilled Saturday, the guys in the pharmacy did not get the note from the AI though. Their response "we do not manage the AI system". What a joke of a company.

The Pharmacy staff has been so helpful to me. Had such trouble getting my prescription filled from my insurance but the staff was very patient with me during the whole time. Jay was great! Many attempts of retrying the approval when my insurance said to continue to try even though it was not working. After WEEKS it was finally approved and he helped get my script filled quickly and tried to see if it could be shipped in time for my doctor’s appointment!

My doctor put in a prescription for sleeping pills I needed on Saturday morning. I was expecting to pick up the same day. When I called them it took a couple of minutes to answer the phone and then they put on hold for a half hour that I hung up. As it turns out they waited until the following Monday to fill my prescription. I thought the medicine was out of stock but as it turns out it was in stock. They just were very slow to fill it. Between the wait time to fill my prescription and the excessive hold time on the phone I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone
