Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

No, I wouldn’t choose to go to this Pharmacy again. First ding: No free parking save for 2 blocks away. Second: I used Dr. B to complete a prescription and they sent it here with a Pharmacy Discount card. Surprise, surprise, they wouldn’t accept it. Now, I have to have it sent to another pharmacy and wait more, sick, for my pharmacy to be filled at a price that’s inexpensive and reasonable. Not a positive first impression for me. Will continue to go to Costco as I have a better experience every single time there compared to here, even having to deal with the crowds.

Worst location and customer service ever. Don’t bother giving your business to this location. Staff is rude.

Depends on who greets to, but some of the staff are somewhat rude/act seemingly inconvenienced having to interact with you for a short length of time.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star I would!!! I have ALWAYS had troubles with this pharmacy! I was so glad to change health insurance to get away from them. BUT THEN I find out I have to get my Omnipods (a tubeless insulin pump) from them. THE VERY FIRST REFILL ORDER they fudge up! I had to wait and was told I’d get my pods on a Friday. NEVER GOT THEM! I am now out of them, so NO INSULIN for the weekend because I can’t even call them about it since they are ONLY opened M-F!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE MISFITS if you can!!!
