Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

I've had many pleasant exchanges with the staff here, they go above & beyond to help! Walgreens headquarters really should recogize that the staff here is exceptional.

Tiny but clean and well lit pharmacy. No over the counter products available, so this is only to get scripts filled, and in a very convenient location. The pharmacist was polite and efficient, which is a must for me. I'll be using this location again for sure.

This review is for Valerie and the team that helped her. I had a very specific request, and not only did she go out of her way to make sure it was met, she then went the extra mile to make sure a medication I needed was fulfilled. She was calm, patient, and kind the entire time. The pharmacist at this facility is also very down-to-earth and kind to work with as well. Definitely recommend.

My insurance prefers cvs but I had the script transferred from there to this Walgreens for the price difference via a goodrx coupon I found on the web. For reference I had a goodrx coupon attached to my profile already, which I knew about cause I put it in there myself. Tech at front was being stubborn about putting in another goodrx coupon on my profile. It takes two seconds to type in a different code to save someone money. They didn’t even have it ready nor did they have the full amount so it’s not like I was trying to make them go above and beyond. The squabble made no sense to me either, a goodrx coupon specific to the medication quantity and dose will always be cheaper than a general goodrx coupon, unless she didn’t know that but still. I am so thankful to the pharmacy team. I wish I knew every name. They constantly took my calls and spoke to me with patience and kindness. In the end I received my medication and I have them to thank for it.
