Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

I used to really appreciate the convenience of this location, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was treated so disrespectfully by an employee that I’ve decided to switch pharmacies. The staff came across as unprofessional and uninterested in helping customers. I stood at the counter for over five minutes without assistance. One employee asked from the back if I needed help, but I couldn’t hear her through the glass, and instead of coming to check, she just stayed seated. The setup behind the counter seems disorganized, and there’s no system in place to ensure customers at the window are promptly helped. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere felt careless and unwelcoming.

Refused to fill my electronic prescription from Synovation Medical Group. Terrible pharmacist who didn't take time to verify the nurse practitioner at Synovation. My case Mgr from CARE CENTER at St Mary's Hospital talked to a pharmacy tech who stated they would accept electronic Rx. Left me in pain...thx but no thx Walgreens.

They close early 4:55pm and the door was already close the nurse was already outside waiting for the bus 👎🏽

Came there to get a few things, and they were out of A LOT of things throughout the store. Not sure if a delivery was coming in later that day, but it was eerie how empty the store was. The cashier was friendly, which always helps.

I showed up for a covid-19 booster, and "Sophie" ( that is the name the supposed "manager," "Ray" gave me, WAS NOT WEARING A MASK! When I asked for the manager, the meek male said his name was Ray. He acted so bizarre. Like he was afraid of her. Do not trust a medical professional who cannot even at a minimum, give you a sense of safety by wearing a mask. They are probably giving sugar water in place of legit vaccines.
