Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

Everyone I spoke to at this pharmacy was exceptional! They helped to order and ship a prescription for the treatment of my dog who has cancer. I spoke to 3 different employees and they were all extremely kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for all your help!

This pharmacy is very personal and takes care of you like family. I love miss Leah, she accomplishes her job fluidly and gives you world-class service. All the staff are nice and friendly. I've been a customer for years.

This is the BEST Walgreens in town and I almost don’t want to share in order to keep the service the way it is now. The standout employee Amy deserves a lot of credit for our experience and for keeping us loyal customers. I will share part of a message I just wrote to her. I’ve had a terrible experience at Walgreens pharmacy, largely due to the poor management by Andy. He was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I raised concerns about Susan’s behavior. Instead of taking the time to address the situation or offer any solutions, he seemed uninterested and impatient. A manager should set the standard for excellent customer service, but Andy’s attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I wish this place would have better customer service it seems like whenever you wanna fill your prescriptions or get a refill on your prescriptions, your inconvenience to them, but I’m sure they have no problem with getting the check from your insurance managers. Need to learn how to coach their team members way better.
