Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

This company does not deserve even one star. I order Spravato for patients, and there is absolutely no consistency in how orders are handled. We are repeatedly told an order is “with insurance,” despite this being a weekly, time-sensitive treatment. Spravato is not a medication where interruptions are acceptable-delays or halted treatment can be detrimental to a patient’s mental health. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering, from the initial phone representatives to senior staff. The interactions are consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. This has been, without question, the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in a clinical setting. I'd give zero stars if I could. My insurance company decided that I must fill all my prescriptions through Walgreens. They are understaffed and, as a result, have exhausted and irritated employees who are often rude and unhelpful. Their "specialty" pharmacy is poorly managed. I'm on phone call number eight and not any closer to getting the prescription. It's been three weeks. Our medical system is broken.

Absolutely the worst, least professional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. From losing a controlled medication that is sent directly to the doctors office, to terrible service there is zero help or customer service. Go anywhere, but here.

I had seen bad reviews for this place, but decided to take a chance since I was in the neighborhood. Huge mistake - I can see why the company went bankrupt and got bought by private equity in a fire sale. Pharmacists are rude and unhelpful, provide incorrect fill times (I had to make 3 trips since their text notifications don’t work). Be warned! The sooner they shut down this business, the sooner the reputation of the industry will be restored!

If there was a choice for a negative star I would. They don’t deserve even one. Terrible. I spent two days trying to get my hormone shot I needed for my IVF cycle. I also missed out on two days of work. I would never choose them.
