Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

I was promised my meds would be delivered to me the next day and it wasn't. They never took the money off my card . They never told me they canceled it. What pharmacist is closed on Saturday and Sunday? Needless to say I did not get my medication on the 23 as I was promised and today is Christmas eve. The cashier was incompetent, she promised me it would be delivered the next day and it wasn't. I was told different stories. From my understanding I was told they were the only pharmacist that carried the medication I needed. Also from what I understood there would be no charge for shipping. Then I was told it was cancelled by 2 professionals after the med wasn't . Too much drama for a simple medication. I really didn't have a problem with the two pharmacists, it was the other staff member

Very professional and friendly staff. Please note this is *not* a retail Walgreens pharmacy/convenience store. As far as I know, they exclusively provide prescription medications. There are no store shelves showing any over-the-counter products.

Small location and hard to find but worth the effort. I had a specialized prescription that needed approval plus was hard to find. This location was able to get it approved plus had it within a few days. Staff was very helpful and went beyond my expectations to help me.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My clinic recommended this pharmacy, and I'm so glad they did, as it made my medication needs here in DFW so much simpler. 😊
