Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

Matthew was amazing! He helped me set up a new account and manage my prescription over the phone. When I called back with another question, he immediately remembered who I was and had a quick answer for me. What a lovely experience!

The new or recent changes to the operation of the specialty pharmacy is poorly operated. It is non efficient and the people i spoke to have no medical experian e or knowledge they simple read off a series if question with no knowledge of what tjey are asking g or even why. I spoke to two agents both asking similar question before i got to a pharmacist who asked me the same questions again. What previously took one person to do now take three and only one may know what they are doing. Very dissatisfied in this change.

THE BEST PHARMACY AND STAFF!!!!! Matthew and the staff at this Community Walgreens are the very BEST! My adult son has a VERY complicated group of medications. Most pharmacies don't have these drugs and takes them forever to get them, but Matthew and the other wonderful people at this location GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure my son has his medications, that refills happen timely and does a fantastic job of managing the insurance...We couldn't do it without them!!! They care in a BIG way. THANK YOU!!!!!

They finally were able to fill my pain script after 3 weeks from Walgreens on north and Delaware.
