Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy at Largo Diagnostic Clinic

I cannot say enough about the staff here!!! They are amazing! I feel as if I am the only customer when I speak with one of them, whether it’s Liz, Nathanial, Dawn, Matt, Diana, Cody, Thuy, Natalie and Kaytra, and if I left anyone out it’s from being so overwhelmed by the wonderful customer service I have received! The staff is so informative and patient with me and living out of town they mail my prescriptions at no costs to me! When I am done with them and after disconnecting the pleasantness lingers and I am relieved of the stress of getting what I need. ITS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF!!! Thanks to all of you for being the best part Walgreens that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! 💝

This review is long overdue. In our late 70's and early 80's we've had experiences at many a pharmacy over many a year Although Craig has been our main contact for many years, we have to commend this whole staff for the wonderful work they do and the manner in which they perform it. Pharmacies all are busier than ever these days and I am always so surprised how understanding, considerate and helpful these people continue to be all day long. Not only patient, but they perform and treat us like we are the only customer they have always giving us the answers and allaying concerns each time we come in contact, not only in personal contact but on the phone as well. We are grateful and fortunate to have you in our lives! Thank you all!!!

The pharmacy service itself was fine. However, I take issue with the distance and location as related to the parking. It is located inside the medical offices building and on the second floor. The entry to the building is on the first floor without entry at the second level. A person with mobility problems will find this very inconvenient and difficult to do, as my family member did. Consider - locating a parking space, entering the building, going through the lobby to find elevator, arrive at second floor, going back across lobby area to pharmacy, waiting there for service, and then doing it all in reverse! Phew! I'm already tired. Some of our prescriptions are required to go to this location (and will not be sent to others), so we don't have a choice sometimes.

Great staff. I've tried many other Walgreens and they screwed up my prescription orders. This pharmacy communicates with the doctors all the time and they're not afraid to pick up the phone and contact them directly. They always get my prescriptions correct and ship them to my house, to my doorstep the next day! They're always friendly and trustworthy.

Thank you to pharmacist and staff in helping me receive a pneumonia injection today there. Handled all matters perfectly. They are professional and courteous consistently. Highly recommend. Kw Everyone at this Walgreens location yesterday late afternoon was so courteous and professional in helping me with my first COVID vaccine injection..referred by Dr Pandya & Dr Smith here at the Di Clinic. The pharmacy techs and pharmacist answered every question I had about this injection..done so in full detail and expert statistics to help me decide to take this shot. Close to closing but didn't rush and permitted me to sit there for 15 min. To monitor my safety post-injection. Thanks..you may have saved my life! Katie Wilder
