I have been going to this Walgreens since our town's pharmacy closed. I have recently been having more problems with the main pharmacist at this location. When I filled my prescription, they gave me 55 pills short of what I am supposed to get. I was not told about this, and I only discovered this when I got home. When I went to fill my next prescription, I told them that I was short on this prescription. I asked them if they could give me the 55 they shorted me, but instead, they just filled a whole new prescription. When I went to pay, it was more than what it normally would be. Totally worthless Walgreens completely like they should have closed this one at 11 W. Taft and kept the 950 E. Taft location open that never had any issues!!! The 11 W. Taft use their Napoleon complex that is completely condoned by their corporate office to pick and choose what prescriptions they feel like "receiving" to fill and then it takes days to get filled if at all and they choose to take their precious time to waste on us customers they don't care about in the first place seemingly burdening them, they don't answer the phone, lines are almost always backed up out the door, someone's always yelling at them over messing up something with their prescriptions, pharmacists act holier than thou and it hasn't helped complaining to corporate any of the 20+ times or even getting a call back

Awful first visit since moving to this town!! The pharmacy would not even try to get prescriptions transferred to this location. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS WALGREENS LOCATION PERIOD!! BTW, I took my transfer prescriptions to Walmart and they processed them immediately. Rx's were ready in two hours, same day!

The pharmacy staff is severely overworked and very hateful. Especially to the elderly customers. I witnessed two different staff be very rude to elderly customers who did nothing to deserve it. The woman who helped me didn’t even know how to add and remove insurance from their system. Their phone system is down and she legitimately shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well” Every single one of their front desk staff needs to be fired for rude and inhumane behavior. I understand being busy but being rude to the elderly is not excusable

Long wait times. They do not answer the phones! Keep turning off my auto refills, and then it makes it a mess. Creating several trips 29 miles one way every few days monthly until they are filled isn't convenient. Corporate needs to do better and allow the stores to staff appropriately. Also, the corporate changed policy that cash rewards aren't automatically given at checkout. If you don't ask for your reward points, then you have to go home and do it via app ( if you catch it, have your receipt and also remember to do it), again inconvenient. Why set up a rewards program for your customers that then make them work for the cash rewards they paid for? Make that make sense. Walgreens makes thousands off our prescriptions if they want to keep customers and the profits? DO BETTER!
