I have to say Charity at this Walgreens went beyond helping me and my frustrated husband get copys! She saw how we were having problems navigating the system with our phone and kindly and so patiently helped us get what we needed when everything else was closed! Her patience is going to make her a wonderful new Mother! 🙂

We were traveling through Safford and stopped to pick up a prescription at Walgreens. My friend gave the prescription to the pharmacist a medium age woman and told they were very busy and it would be at least 2 hours before she could fill it. She said it not apologetic but more like it was to much trouble. Anyway she took the prescription and we came back hours later. My friend has Medicare Medicaid and even had a discount card. She was told that to get a discount she would need to get the Walgreens app and look for the right discount card. She was at the time talking with the male pharmacist. As I said we were passing through was not going to pay full price for something that insurance should cover. Anyhow the female employee reached over the counter with her prescription not saying anyt

Walgreens has always been quick, great customer service and very informative on any prescription I’ve picked up which is why I always opt to have them sent to Walgreens. For a big company name and many locations you get family owned value of service! Thank you Walgreens!
