Awful - the pharmacy has zero respect for people's time when they schedule vaccinations. When I expressed my anger at having made an appointment that resulted in me waiting for 35 minutes, the pharmacist asked me whether I had read the disclaimer when I scheduled online about scheduling. They only saw me when I did because I told them if they didn't take care of me within the next 2 minutes I was going to leave. As a result of this interaction, I'm probably going to change pharmacies. If you have another option for getting of vaccination, take it. I never had that experience at Rite Aid or Giant Eagle.

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens are the BEST people I’ve engaged with. We’ve been served by many pharmacies over the years but the team at the East Liberty/Shadyside Walgreens outshines all others. They are warm, caring, and kind professionals.

I had an appointment for a flu shot yesterday at 11:30 am. After waiting for almost half an hour after my appointment time, I was informed by the pharmacist they cannot bill my insurance for my flu shot ( which would cost $99 without insurance) and I would have to get it at my doctor's office (which does not have flu shots available yet). Thanks Walgreens! 👍 I miss Rite Aid, where I got my flu shot for years with no issue.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in Pittsburgh. Poor customer service. They do not follow the hours scheduled and constantly put up a sign on the drive-thru window stating that there’s no pharmacist on duty. Meanwhile, you know they are there. 👀 When they are actually taking patients, they don’t know the procedures and overcharge for prescriptions. Then, you have to call corporate Walgreens to get the money refunded.

This must be a very HIGH THEFT store because there is a wall of mirrors to allow store personnel to watch the entire store and I saw something I've never seen before... All the laundry detergent was either locked in plastic boxes or had alarms attached. Really? Stealing Tide? Otherwise it's a typical Walgreens. A little small but convenient. Parking at this location can be crazy at times.
