Difficult to communicate with and fill prescriptions in a timely manner with. Much of this is symptomatic of Walgreens’s poor phone system, which makes it nearly impossible to reach a local pharmacy associate without going in store. Beyond that, I frequently experience a failure to fill my prescriptions on time, either due to insufficient stock or logistic mixups. The staff are nice, shame management isn’t.

I requested all of my medication two days ago. I went on Saturday evening for pickup, and all of the medication was not ready. I have been going to this pharmacy for two years and continue to have this issue. The staff was very rude. I asked if they could call the Park Avenue Walgreens to request my Creon, but she said no and that I would have to call myself. The staff kept telling me to calm down when I was not even speaking to her at that point because of her attitude and rudeness. Take your business to Park Avenue for better service and to ensure that all of your medication is in stock.
