Walgreens Pharmacy

Called for refill on my script. It’s apparently a controlled substance, so cub pharmacy treated me poorly, like a criminal at times, just trying to fill my script. I fired them, after I called Walgreens on Quewns drive. Davia helped me. She was professional, polite, and incredibly sweet tone. She had no idea I was just basically verbally assaulted, bc the medicine I was filling, people can abuse I guess. I will be making a nice Karen review on cub. They act like the medicine police. Thank You Davia for changing my day, and being so professional. You just gained a new customer. ❤️

If you value your sanity do not fill your prescriptions here! You’ll wait on hold for 40 minutes, you’ll get notified your prescriptions will be held till a certain date and then show up before then and they won’t have it for you anymore, the staff is not helpful at all! Please save yourself and go literally anywhere else!

Just like everyone else has posted on here, TERRIBLE customer service. There are some good pharmacy employees, but one is extremely impatient every time I talk with her. She's immediately annoyed that I didn't refill online (because there's always an issue preventing it from going through). Absolutely no patience for the customer while they're trying to refill meds, which is complicated enough. At the very least, I'll immediately transfer to a different location for meds. Yikes.

Absolute worst service! Takes forever for them to fill prescriptions! I will have a prescription sent over to Walgreens and they sometimes won't fill it until you physically go to the store and ask for it. I have waited up to 5 days and finally had to call them or drive there and ask for it to be filled. And then they tell you it'll be about 30 to 60 mins. So then I'll have to sit in the parking lot sometimes with screaming crying kids in the back seat while I wait for a prescription that was sent in 3,4, or 5 freaking days ago! And I'm basically held hostage because my insurance doesn't give me many other pharmacy options to choose from.

Terrible service. Was told a prescription would be ready it was not. I then continued to wait the extra 20-25 minutes they needed to fill the prescription. Got back in line to be told that it was not filled and they didn't know what happened. At this point a second employee proceed to try and help me by saying its a big order and she needed to put me back in the system and needs at least another 30 minutes. She was not sympathetic and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
