The pharmacist on duty tonight is the most absolute rudest incompetent person I've ever dealt with. Advent health sent over prescriptions five times and the pharmacist could not explain to me why she did not have my prescriptions. So I went to Advent health & got copies of the confirmations where my prescriptions were sent over four times.. It was only after I told the pharmacy that I went to pick up the confirmations that my prescriptions sudden appeared. Clonice is the rudest lying pharmacist I've ever had to deal with. She lied straight to my face about not having my prescriptions after they were sent four times. I will never be back to the store again. She doesn't check her faxes or voicemails. All of the technicians are very caring and sweet. It's really a shame they have to work wit

nothing more frustrating than waiting over 30 minutes in line for the lady to look at you and walk away for another 10 minutes. thanks for making me late to my appointment. after waiting 40 minutes, i had to leave. i couldnt wait anymore. they need another drive through line and more people. if my insurance didnt force me to go here, i wouldnt

Cindy was the most attentive pharmacy associate I've ever spoken to , she was kind, patient and helped me solve the unexpected medication situation we were faced with ,the pharmacist was very helpful as well ! Wonderful staff

There’s nothing more aggravating than trying to call the pharmacy for advice on a prescription that you picked up from them, when every paper you have says to consult with a pharmacist for questions. But yet I got pushed around by the pharmacy technician I’m guessing, to call my doctor even when I was just asking general questions about the medication and if there’s generic versions without the same side effects and warnings. I love not feeling safe enough to take a new prescription and them not giving me any advice. I will definitely look for a new pharmacy as the staffing at this one has gone way down hill. Patient care definitely doesn’t radiate with their team.
