Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgreens seems to constantly struggle with prescription stock and customer service. The folks in the store are nice. Except for a couple who like to roll their eyes at customers in the store. Otherwise they are awesome. There are never enough staff in the pharmacy, never more than 2 registers open. I think there are supply chain issues, they also refuse to stock many meds which must be filled at the distribution center. Often staff asks if it can be filled outside of the location. It is counterintuitive that anyone would prefer meds be filled at an outside location

Absolute worst pharmacy ever! I made an appointment for 4:00 for a flu shot. I arrived on time and had already filled out all required forms online. I checked in and was told to have a seat. After a 30 minute wait, I asked why it was taking so long. Then they said they could not give me the vaccine because Medicare was declining it. I told them it is free with Medicare. Then they said they were going to call Medicare - this after a 30 minute wait and only because I approached them to ask what was taking so long. I waited another 20 minutes and they said they had called 3 different numbers and no one would answer. I dialed my phone and within literally 3 minutes I had a Medicare rep on the phone. In the end, it turned out the problem belonged to Walgreens. They said then said the

I am not sure how any other Walgreens could manage to be worse than my hometown location but I think this one has managed. Constant run around on medication, fills the wrong things without asking, takes forever to get someone on the phone, and then when they do they manage to not answer a single question with anything other than, "I don't know.", all while sounding completely irritated they have to help you. Takes days to fill any medication while not providing any updates. Take your prescriptions elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THEM! This pharmacy is the most incompetent, inefficient, uncaring pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They mess things up w my RX every single time, have wrong info in their records, and treat you as if everything is YOUR fault. Today they outright lied to me abt the time my rx would be ready and when we arrived said it would be at least tomorrow. Trat your customers with some RESPECT and courtesy!

The staff at this pharmacy has gone above and beyond several times for me when my regular pharmacy can’t fill my prescription. They are always so friendly and helpful which I always greatly appreciate. I’ll be switching to use them regularly.
