I have had several disappointing experiences at the Hubbard Woods Walgreens pharmacy over the past year. All medications involved are for my elderly mother and are necessary to treat significant health problems. 1) I called in a prescription refill and was told it was not in stock. They told me to expect a call within a week. Ten days passed, and I called back. They told me the medication was not in stock and to expect a call within a week. I said that is what I had been told over a week ago. I asked if there were another pharmacy that had the medication and was told that it was in stock at two other Walgreens. After multiple phone calls to Walgreens in the area, I was finally told by the Northfield Walgreens that the Hubbard Woods Walgreens had marked the prescription as having been refi

Normally calling Walgreens Pharmacy is something I dread doing -- as the wait time/hold is typically long and once I am finally put in contact with an actual human oftentimes my answers/issues are not met or resolved easily. In other words, the process of working with Walgreens Pharmacy across the country in my experience has been painful due to the time it typically takes and the willingness of the staff to assist and resolve whatever it may be. However, this all changed once I started going to the Walgreens Pharmacy Location at 925 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093. Technicians (and pharmacists) are always nice even though this Walgreens is extremely busy.

Unbelievably POOR service at the pharmacy. Could not locate records, when we called, were put on hold repeatedly for 35 minutes. No responsibility at all. Nasty people there. Seriously.

Just drove an hour to find out they reduced hours and those listed are incorrect. Thanks for wasting my time
