Walgreens Pharmacy

One star is too much for this pharmacy. Unwilling to fill a rx already on file before 3 days. Its not that the meds have to be ordered, they are just unwilling to fill them. When I explained that I am completely out and would need to transfer it elsewhere to be filled before 3 days, she said "ok I will put it on file" and hung up on me. Now, the other pharmacy is unable to fill it simply bc they are refusing to fax over the request. Worst customer service ever. Rude staff. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Completely incompetent staff from the techs all the way to the pharmacy manager. If a prescription has window in which it has to be filled before you have to got through the process with the doctor again, and the pharmacy doesn’t have it in stock, they certainly need to have the common sense to let the customer know that they won’t get the medication in time so the medication can be retrieved from another pharmacy. Instead, they don’t know how to train their staff, nor do they know how to own their mistakes, and something as simple as looking up someone’s information in the computer seems to be challenging for them. Sad!

I think this pharmacy has gotten a lot more organized since Walgreens has taken over. Before i was often having to argue with them about a manufacturer’s discount card, but it runs through just fine. Also it now takes them a lot less time to find my prescriptions. People have mentioned prices rising but I noticed prices were rising before the switch.

Desperately needed my prescription that I am unable to go without taking daily they got my birthday wrong and refused to give me my prescription even though I had my ID, social, etc. Had any and all proof of my identity yet told me “we close in 4 minutes this isn’t my problem.” Someone PLEASE hold these people accountable I will have to go to the hospital due to their refusal to give me my prescribed medication. They only have 3 stars for a reason, TO ALL NEWCOMERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO BULLDOG AND DON’T LOOK BACK! This place is just a pill machine and if you’re in a genuinely life threatening situation with a typo on your info you’re SOL! As far as the people here are concerned they couldn’t care less if you die or not!

This pharmacy has gone downhill since it changed to Walgreens. The prices on prescriptions have doubled, and the customer service is terrible. My dr sent over a prescription two weeks ago. I was told that my insurance would not allow it to be filled until 9 days after the prescription was sent. I was told it would be auto filled, and it would be ready on the same date that my insurance would accept it. This fell on a Saturday. I called, and they said it wasn't ready, but it would be ready on Monday. On Monday, I called, and it wasn't ready. She said it was never submitted, so it would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday came, and I called again. It was still never submitted. Then the representative gets an attitude with me when I ask if they are sure it will be submitted this time. I will be transf
