Walgreens Pharmacy

25 MINUTES AND THEY HAVE HAD ME ON HOLD. MY PRESCRIPTION WAS TO BE READY ON 11/19 AND STILL IN PROGRESS. PHONE RINGS THEY PICK UP AND PUT YOU ON HOLD. CVS HERE WE COME.

Pharmacy is the WORST. The employees think they're all doctors and should supersede what my ACTUAL doctor prescribes. We're leaving this pharmacy and you all should too.

My father just got out of rehab after being in the hospital since before Christmas. My mother called them up and was trying to make sure the correct prescriptions were filled and was trying to ask some questions about the medications. With his health we want to be extra careful. Whoever she talked to was very rude and talked down to my mother the whole time they were on the phone. My mother has issues with her hearing so it was on speaker. This is not the first time she has had issues with the weekend crew but this was the only conversation I overheard. Being in a customer service position is rough and I understand that, but when someone is talking to you with respect you should atleast have the patience to return that. Very few of the people that work there are friendly and willing to help you

The Walgreens pharmacy drive up lane is supposed to be for "pick-up" of prescriptions previously ordered and filled. However, I waited on the pick-up line for the pharmacist to FILL a prescriptions for the customer in vehicle in front of me. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to simply pick up. This was NOT my first disappointing experience with staff who cannot figure out how to keep lines moving both in the store and on pick-up line. Total disregard for customers.
