Walgreens Pharmacy

Thank you to the pharmacist Zach. He was so busy but made time to come to the car and give my Mom her flu vaccine… He was so very kind to take time out of his busy day to help her( she has great difficulty being mobile) the rest of the pharmacy team is so kind as well. THANK YOU!!!

Had a Rx called in, went to pick it up, was told it'd be 30-40 minutes, okay no problem, came back an hour later, was told it'd be 30-45 minutes, I said that's what you said and hour ago, sorry, it'll be at least another 20 minutes. I come back 30 later, the lady in front of me was being told the same thing I'd been told, she said that's what she was the day before, she was upset and left, the Pharmacist said well I guess it'll take an hour or two for that one... Not very professional... This pharmacy needs a good manager and that female pharmacist needs to be re trained... This is why people will further to CVS... I know I will from now on...

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this Walgreens, and will no longer use this one. I spoke to several employees at 2 different Walgreens, and they were shocked and dismayed by how I was treated. I merely wanted to exchange a vitamin shake mix I recently purchased bc it was the wrong flavor. For whatever reason, I have been to at least 15 different stores in past week, but noone has had the chocolate flavor. My best friend had a stroke, and ended up not recovering from it and passed away this week, and I was literally on my way home from her funeral when I stopped to see if they had it in stock. The girl was going to exchange it, but then I stupidly said I have my receipt, it's just digital. The manager came over, and as I explained all I had been going thru....she then demanded I pay an

Good friendly folks. Quick service. Quality goods.

Ordered an item for an online pick up order was $44 Picked up item and it had been used and re packaged. Retuned the next day and wanted to swap it out. The in store price was $49. Cashier told us after the “process” my card would only be charged the $44. Needless to say that was a lie. I have called the store and now have to go back to the store so they can return the correct amount of money. Shouldn’t have to drive to a different town for a screw up on the stores part.
