Walgreens Pharmacy

Paige is the rudest pharmacist I have ever come in contact with in my life. The entire staff is slow & they have issues reading how a prescription is written by thr doctor. I would save yourself the hassle and just take them across the parking lot to dillons. Cheaper prescription prices and kinder pharmacists.

Stopped in to the pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription along with a few other items. The person assisting me was fine up until I asked for Advil sinus. Her demeanor completely changed. She asked me to input last four digits of phone number for the prescription, which I did. I then entered my phone number for rewards. Apparently the register didn’t like that as it appeared to lock up the machine. She then argued about me entering the phone number. After saying things loudly under her breath, she tossed my drivers license back to me. There are many options for pharmacies in the area (including Dillons in the same parking lot) and next time I’ll be choosing one that doesn’t talk down to me as though I’m an idiot

Staff are great but question the management decisions to reduce hours over the years and not staff appropriately. Been going here for years and wait times just keep getting worse and staff are working way harder then they should to keep customers happy. It's a shame. Demand is up so let's reduce hours of operation and reduce staff. Doesn't add up. Staff should get a raise for hazard pay.

If your looking to get your passport photos, look no further. They use an approved background and have a program to check for compliance, don't wear grey or white.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at the Walgreens pharmacy. The staff were rude and dismissive when I had questions about my prescription. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. Hopefully, management will address this issue
