Walgreens Pharmacy

The techs and pharmacist are very nice. I moved here in January and went to meet the pharmacist. He listened patiently while I explained my health issues and the various medications I need to take to function. They were great with transferring my medications and prompt with filling the prescriptions.

I have not had a prescription filled that did not have an issue of some sort. From running the wrong card to being late filling and having to wait days to pick up. My medicine has not been in stock, yet. I need it each month. I was told to call it in early if that’s a problem. When I did, it was delayed and put into review. I have tried calling multiple times. In my job I’m unable to hold that long and they are closed when I get off. It’s always something. If it were not for price I’d leave Wallgreens and never look back. All of my other meds are at a different pharmacy. Do better big chain in the small East Texas town of Whitehouse. It’s ridiculous.************** 🎄12/6/25 Latest refill. I submitted the refill request thru the app on Thursday night. Waited all week. Friday of the next week

The manager and employees are super and very nice, my gripe is with the upper management of Walgreens. They under staff this store and the Super One store I go to. Prescriptions for my 83 year old dad are always late and I always have to stand in a long line. AGAIN - This not the fault of employees and store managers this is upper management being cheap and not caring about quality of service or patient welfare.

Employees are wonderful! Walgreens has reduced the staff so wait time in-store is near 45 minutes. It takes days for prescriptions to be filled. The kicker - closed on Sundays with no notice. I have severe chronic pain and my refill was due on Sunday. Brookshires please take notice - Walgreens is driving your customers away! I do my grocery shopping while I'm there for a single efficient trip. We are just individuals - I expect Walgreens management may listen to you. Your pharmacies were wonderful! You may have cut your nose off to spite your face. Please help!

STAY AWAY !!! Worst pharmacy experience of my life! Have given them the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions. I can't understand how or why any clinics and/or patients would ever seek to have their prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. After standing in line for 45 minutes, always told "it will be about 15 - 20 minutes" regardless of the time you go in. Buyer Beware? GOOD LUCK!
