Walgreens Pharmacy

Absolutely the worst. Pharmacy staff is rude. Hold time on the phone is routinely upwards of 20 minutes. Communication is nonexistent as is customer service. Go LITERALLY anywhere else.

I don’t normally do this, but this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacists seem to have no idea what they are doing, one woman blamed their computer system, and they close in the middle of the day for an hour. They are slow to fill prescriptions and seem unorganized. Don’t bother calling you’ll be waiting on the phone for 15 minutes minimum and they will put you on hold 3-4 times.

They are terrible. They call constantly telling you your meds are ready. You get there and they're not ready. The drive thru is s joke. They leave you sitting there for a long time. Someone should be assigned to the window like a bank. They never run my scripts thru insurance so I wind up waiting anyway when I get there. Looking for another pharmacy

The employees working the pharmacy are nice, but they are extremely understaffed. I’ve had prescriptions take days to get filled, get told it’ll be 30 more minutes only to come back an hr later and be told it’ll take another 30 minutes. Go to literally any other pharmacy.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The pharmacy staff is nice, but every single time I have used this pharmacy there is an issue. 1.) They have “lost or never received” EVERY single one of my prescriptions or my families. These prescriptions have been sent by different doctors both electronically and called in, and yet somehow all prescriptions were lost, or never received 2.) When calling the pharmacy, you will be placed on hold for at least 20mins each time 3.) when you try to use their drive-through option be prepared to wait at an empty window for at least 20 minutes. 4.) when they finally receive your prescription and you go to pick it up, you find out that medication is out of stock. And it won’t be ready for 2-3 days. Meanwhile it’s your child’s time sensitive medication. And
